How to Receive Your Credit

  • Pay for your new ring in full first
  • Send your old ring back to us by post, or bring it to our showroom
  • We inspect the ring, then transfer your credit back once everything checks out
  • Gold rings: setting credit follows your quote (valid 7 days) — we re-weigh the ring on arrival

Verifying Eligibility

To confirm your ring was purchased from Madduck, please provide your warranty card or order details (full name and the channel you purchased through). We verify the stone type and model before confirming credit — especially for Moissanite and LGD rings.
