Ring Resizing Service

If your ring doesn't fit perfectly, we can resize it for you (resized from your original ring). Sizes can be adjusted up or down by no more than 4 sizes.

✅ One Free Resize

Free of charge when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Notify us and ship the ring back within 7 days of receiving it
  • Ring is in perfect condition with no wear or scratches from use
  • Size adjusted up or down by no more than 4 step sizes

Service Fee: 250 THB per ring

  • Sent in for resizing after 7 days, or with visible signs of wear
  • Engraved rings — because resizing removes the original engraving (we will re-engrave the original text for free)

Costs & Timeframe

  • Return shipping within Thailand: 55 THB
  • Processing time: approximately 3–5 business days after we receive your ring (for urgent requests, please contact us to arrange priority handling)
  • You may ship the ring back to us, pick it up at our store, or arrange a messenger for collection

Preparing Your Ring

  • Please send your ring together with:
    • Warranty card
    • Ring box
  • Please include a note stating the desired ring size in the box
  • If the jewelry box is lost: please wrap the ring in protective/bubble paper and send it that way
  • If the warranty card is lost: please include your details — full name, contact number, name used for the order, and the purchase channel (Website, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)

Payment

  • If your request qualifies as a free resize, there is no resizing fee (only the 55 THB return shipping applies)
  • For chargeable cases, our team will inform you of the service fee after we receive and inspect your ring. Once payment is made, we will resize and ship it back to you
