Service Details
- Service fee: 350 THB per ring (adjusted from the original item).
- Increase/decrease up to 4 ring sizes.
- Domestic return shipping: 55 THB.
- Customers may pick up in person or arrange a courier/messenger for collection.
- Processing time: approximately 3–5 business days after receiving the item (for urgent requests, please contact us to prioritize your order).
Required Items
- Please send the ring along with:
- Warranty card
- Ring box
- Please include a note with the desired ring size.
- If the jewelry box is lost: wrap the ring securely with protective bubble wrap.
- If the warranty card is lost: include full name, contact phone number, order name used for purchase, and purchase channel (Website, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
